A simple combination of berries and nuts — two core MIND-diet brain foods — with flaxseed for plant omega-3s and fiber.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- 1Spoon yogurt into a bowl.
- 2Layer berries, almonds, and flaxseed on top.
- 3Drizzle with a little honey if desired.
